About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead the Global Alliance partner marketing content and programs strategy
  • Define the Global Alliance partner marketing go-to-market strategy
  • Establish partner segmentation frameworks by type and tier
  • Translate enterprise GTM priorities into partner-specific plays
  • Co-design and operationalize scalable partner marketing programs
  • Maintain the correct messaging for strategic partners
  • Develop programmatic campaigns and toolkits
  • Support partner participation in key events
  • Define and develop program-specific content and campaign assets
  • Establish scalable frameworks for consistency and repeatability
  • Build strong relationships with key Alliance partners
  • Support the full partner lifecycle including onboarding and activation
  • Contribute to market expansion opportunities
  • Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and PR teams
  • Assist in developing KPIs and dashboards to measure performance metrics
  • Drive continuous optimization based on performance insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with partner marketing leadership
  • Proven experience driving pipeline through partner ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of partner GTM models and lifecycle management
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns including events and ABM
  • Strong analytical mindset with KPI and ROI measurement experience
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable partner programs
  • Experience in data center, cloud, or AI infrastructure preferred.
