About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of change, transformation, and automation initiatives across HR products
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives across assigned HR products
  • Manage and prioritize the change and automation pipeline
  • Develop and maintain integrated product roadmaps
  • Act as Scrum Lead or Project Manager for initiatives
  • Support communication planning, enablement, and training materials for change programs
  • Drive initiatives focused on automation, standardization, simplification, and system enablement
  • Partner with HR Technology and Automation teams
  • Coordinate vendor implementations, system changes, and integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting HR operations, shared services, or HR project delivery in a global or enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation and Benefits, or Analytics
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured plans, roadmaps, and execution approaches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including managing dependencies and assessing risk
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Results-focused mindset with emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
  • Adaptability and resilience in a changing, fast-paced environment.
