Senior Manager, Partner Communications

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Construct and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel partner communications strategy aligned to GTM priorities and revenue goals
- Develop structured partner segmentation models based on partner type, tier, and lifecycle stage
- Serve as the central communications lead for partner in AMER
- Influence senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on priorities, narrative, and timing
- Oversee development and distribution of high-impact partner communications
- Assist KPI tracking across engagement and business impact
- Establish communication frameworks, governance models, and editorial calendars
- Influence consistent global-to-regional collaboration and alignment
- Partner with global campaign and product marketing teams to adapt enterprise campaigns for partner audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications within the technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing, alliances, or ecosystem communications
- Deep understanding of partner GTM models and channel dynamics
- Experience designing and executing multi-channel communications strategies at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with internal partners
- Proficiency with modern marketing and partner technology stacks
- Track record of building new programs or transforming existing strategies
- Demonstrated experience adapting global marketing campaigns for partner audiences.
