About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Construct and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel partner communications strategy aligned to GTM priorities and revenue goals
  • Develop structured partner segmentation models based on partner type, tier, and lifecycle stage
  • Serve as the central communications lead for partner in AMER
  • Influence senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on priorities, narrative, and timing
  • Oversee development and distribution of high-impact partner communications
  • Assist KPI tracking across engagement and business impact
  • Establish communication frameworks, governance models, and editorial calendars
  • Influence consistent global-to-regional collaboration and alignment
  • Partner with global campaign and product marketing teams to adapt enterprise campaigns for partner audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications within the technology industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing, alliances, or ecosystem communications
  • Deep understanding of partner GTM models and channel dynamics
  • Experience designing and executing multi-channel communications strategies at scale
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with internal partners
  • Proficiency with modern marketing and partner technology stacks
  • Track record of building new programs or transforming existing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience adapting global marketing campaigns for partner audiences.
