Account Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identifying and securing new sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue retention.
- Managing the full sales process, including lead generation, solution development, negotiation, and transition to operations, acting as the main point of contact for customers across various regions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and regional goals.
- Regular engagement with C-suite executives and stakeholders to drive complex deal closures and foster long-term partnerships.
- Contributing to account planning and budgeting, ensuring targets are met and growth is sustained.
- Attendance at industry events and travel integral to building market intelligence and expanding the client base.
- Employing strong organizational and financial management skills for success in this position.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, or related fields
- 10-15 Years sales experience in data center, IT, telecommunications, or network industry
- Proven track record winning large international and SME-level deals
- Experience with multinational organizations or fast-growing start-ups
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Deep industry knowledge and consultative selling skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
