Administer the termination process across various systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Create and manage opportunities related to terminations and update relevant systems
Prepare and manage quotes for termination agreements and review contract terms and conditions
Review contracts or abstracted termination clauses and route termination requests to internal teams for review and approval
Coordinate with contract management to update terms, handle redlining, and ensure proper filing and counter-signatures
Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Asset Managers, Sub-regional MDs, Legal, etc.) to obtain necessary approvals for quotes
Identify dependencies between products for partial terminations and manage inventory to ensure space is vacated and sellable
Prepare customer communications and termination agreements using established templates
Develop and generate monthly termination reports, providing detailed analysis and insights on termination activities and trends
Requirements
5+ years of experience in contract management, operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing termination processes in the Telecom industry
Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, with the ability to review and interpret legal documents
Proficiency in Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, and Apttus (system administration would be a bonus)
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
