Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, solution development, negotiation, and transition to operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers across various regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and regional goals.
  • Regularly engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders to drive complex deal closures and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to account planning and budgeting, ensuring targets are met and growth is sustained.
  • Attend industry events and travel to build market intelligence and expand the client base.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and financial management skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • 10-15 Years sales experience in data center, IT, telecommunications, or network industry
  • Proven track record winning large international and SME-level deals
  • Experience with multinational organizations or fast-growing start-ups
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • Deep industry knowledge and consultative selling skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
  • Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
