About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a summer intern on the Product Management team, you will support product managers by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information related to ServiceFabric®, Digital Realty’s flagship service orchestration platform.
  • You will develop clear summaries and supporting materials that enable informed product decisions and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop, update and consolidate internal and external collateral that clearly communicates use cases and value propositions, ensuring availability across appropriate stakeholder channels.
  • Analyze market trends, partners, and competitive dynamics to create concise materials that inform product strategy and enable effective selling and competitive positioning.
  • Document processes and onboarding materials in a clear, user-friendly manner to streamline product adoption and reduce friction.
  • Conduct pricing analysis to identify optimization opportunities and strengthen market competitiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics globally and by market, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing
  • Ability to quickly learn foundational networking and interconnection concepts, market and competitive dynamics; prior exposure is helpful but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel is required. Familiarity with Power BI (or similar), Salesforce, and/or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails and develop effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn—able to work independently with guidance and ask thoughtful questions when needed.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners and support execution of key deliverables.
