Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute procurement strategies for data center fit-out scope, including MEP systems, racks, cabling, power distribution, cooling, and finishing works.
Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and contract execution to achieve optimal commercial and technical outcomes.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across APAC, ensuring compliance with company standards and regional regulations.
Collaborate with implementation managers, sales engineering, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and emerging technologies to inform procurement decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, including cost benchmarking, supplier performance management, and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance, ethical sourcing, and health & safety requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in data center, construction, or large-scale fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of APAC supplier markets and regional procurement regulations.
Proven track record in contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with data center infrastructure procurement (power, cooling, cabling, racks).
Familiarity with sustainability and green building standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools.
Multilingual capabilities (English required; Mandarin, Japanese, or other APAC languages a plus).
