Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of BMS Platform Lifecycle projects, including system replacements, global EOL BMS controller replacements, and annual BMS software upgrades, ensuring all initiatives support the goals of Global Operations and datacenter reliability.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for BMS-related projects, including defining scope, budget, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and quality controls tailored to the unique demands of datacenter environments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all BMS program communications, influencing key stakeholders—including executives, clients, and technical teams—to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Identify, assess, and resolve high-impact risks and issues specific to BMS platforms, proactively implementing corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions and maintain critical facility uptime.
Provide direction and mentorship to cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance in the delivery of BMS lifecycle projects.
Oversee project governance and reporting for the BMS Platform Lifecycle program, including preparing and presenting progress reports, performance metrics, and financial status updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the BMS platform, leveraging lessons learned from completed projects to optimize future performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety protocols throughout all phases of BMS lifecycle management projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
3+ years of program management experience with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects in data centers with a BMS focus, IT infrastructure, or similar environments.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects with complex, multi-phase scopes.
Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
