About the role

  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of EUC solutions (endpoints, Intune, VDI, Microsoft 365)
  • Act as 3rd-level escalation point for complex EUC incidents and problem resolution
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle including images, deployment, patching, and automation
  • Define technical standards, create documentation, and ensure compliance with IT policies
  • Support global projects such as Microsoft 365/Teams adoption, endpoint rollouts, and Zero Trust security initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers and IT support staff
  • Research and recommend emerging EUC technologies
  • Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to improve operations
  • Represent EUC in technical project discussions and cross-functional IT initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in EUC engineering or IT infrastructure roles
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • ITIL Intermediate or equivalent certification desirable
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security
  • VDI technologies such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management
  • Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
  • IT security best practices for endpoints and compliance frameworks
