About the role
- Lead the full procurement lifecycle, including tendering, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding for prioritized categories
- Serve as the main point of contact for major contracts, managing relationships and resolving commercial issues
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational and business needs
- Identify and implement cost-saving and value-creation initiatives across spend categories
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and execution of regional and global procurement strategies
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and contract management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Proven experience managing tenders, contracts, and supplier negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- NEVI or equivalent procurement certification preferred
