About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive service delivery and program strategy for the HR application portfolio
- Act as the primary thought leader and subject matter authority for Oracle HCM
- Oversee the total budget for HR technology
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for HR technology support
- Lead the prioritization and execution of high-impact HR initiatives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior HR and business leaders
- Drive collaboration with IT, Finance, and Legal
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a globally distributed team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
- Exceptional ability to influence and build consensus among senior executive leaders
