About the role
- Assist Paid Media Strategist in executing B2B campaign and asset launches
- Launch and manage ads across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring accuracy in all campaign and ad settings
- Follow established, detailed processes for campaign creation, QA, and reporting.
- Maintain extreme attention to detail when setting targeting, budgets, creatives, and tracking.
- Work with all ad and campaign types across both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including search, display, video, lead gen, and sponsored content.
- Coordinate and track tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are logged.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any anomalies or optimization opportunities to the strategist.
- Collaborate with team members during business hours (M–F, 9–5 EST) to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven ability to follow complex, multi-step processes with precision.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and error-free execution.
- Familiarity with all campaign and ad formats on both platforms.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Availability for up to 35 hours per week during standard working hours (EST).
