About the role
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary advisor for B2B enterprise clients, maintaining long-term partnerships and ensuring their RevOps goals are met.
- Project Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of RevOps projects, from initial discovery and auditing to implementation and reporting.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Work with clients to prioritize their RevOps backlog, aligning technical tasks with broader business revenue goals.
- Scope & Resource Management: Define project scopes, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal technical specialists to ensure resource efficiency.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead weekly client syncs, present project status updates, and conduct post-mortem analyses on completed campaigns or system migrations.
- Quality Assurance: Review technical deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and align with the strategic vision before delivery.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide clear visibility into project health on a recurring basis, flagging if a client relationship needs immediate attention.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Account Management, specifically within a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or B2B Agency environment.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Asana
- Foundational RevOps Knowledge: Good understanding of CRM/MAP/Business Intelligence ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.)
- Bonus Points
- Direct experience in platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI
- Extensive Google Sheets experience
- Previous agency experience
- Experience managing a team of contractors
