About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the vision and action plan to maximize a major House's share of voice on traditional search engines (SEO) and AI-driven answer engines (GEO)
  • Analyze the current state (data, ongoing initiatives) to produce a comprehensive visibility diagnosis
  • Define a roadmap combining semantic SEO, content strategy, and influence (Brand Authority)
  • Clarify roles between central guidelines and execution by international markets
  • Champion the vision with internal stakeholders to make SEO/GEO a priority lever
  • Implement and monitor key metrics through next-generation dashboards
  • Oversee the production of high-authority content (E-E-A-T) and ensure its rollout across key markets
  • Ensure every SEO/GEO optimization scrupulously respects the brand's DNA
  • Conduct experiments on answer engines (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity) to refine the strategy in real time according to algorithmic changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 to 15 years of experience, ideally including agency experience (Strategic Planner, SEO Lead, or Content Strategist)
  • Experience with high-authority dermo-cosmetics or beauty brands is a significant advantage
  • Ability to reconcile the demands of Brand Content (aesthetics, tone, image) with Performance Marketing (conversion, qualified traffic, ROI)
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent writing ability, and leadership by influence (ability to orchestrate without direct line management)
  • Proficiency in optimization for generative engines
  • Tools: SEO/GEO dashboards (Profound, Botify, Semrush), Data visualization
  • Fluent English required (international context and market interactions)
