About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receiving the brief
Business support: Translate the business needs of different departments into relevant audiovisual solutions.
Scoping & trend watching: Proactively propose new formats and use cases (short-form formats like Reels/TikTok, Live innovations, immersive capture).
Maintain constant monitoring of production and post-production trends.
Budgeting: Estimate costs, optimize resources, and manage internal billing/chargebacks with full transparency.
Production & Post-Production management
360° orchestration: Draft technical specifications, organize kick-offs and coordinate talent (directors, directors of photography, editors).
Shoot supervision: On-site oversight to ensure alignment with the creative brief and the company’s quality standards.
Post-Production executive: Rigorous management of the post-production workflow (color grading, sound design, VFX) and often short, demanding approval cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production agency, on the client side (Luxury/Premium) or in broadcast media.
Technical expertise: Mastery of the end-to-end audiovisual production chain.
Knowledge of the technical challenges related to live (Live) production is essential.
Absolute rigor, strong visual culture, and excellent interpersonal skills
