About the role
- Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
- Maintain 3–4 hours of daily talk time
- Achieve 70%+ appointment show rates
- Call, qualify, pre-sell, and schedule inbound leads into client calendars
- Follow proven scripts and customize them when needed to drive appointments
- Clearly communicate the offer and value proposition to business owners and office managers
- Track performance in CRM and contribute to a competitive, high-accountability culture
- Handle objections with confidence in a high-rejection environment
- Collect credit card details over the phone when required
- Operate during U.S. business hours from a fully equipped home office
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
- Experience making 200+ dials per day and spending hours talking to prospects
- Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts
- Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
- Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
- Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay consistent
- Operate during U.S. business hours from a fully equipped home office
- Quiet home office setup
