About the role

  • Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
  • Maintain 3–4 hours of daily talk time
  • Achieve 70%+ appointment show rates
  • Call, qualify, pre-sell, and schedule inbound leads into client calendars
  • Follow proven scripts and customize them when needed to drive appointments
  • Clearly communicate the offer and value proposition to business owners and office managers
  • Track performance in CRM and contribute to a competitive, high-accountability culture
  • Handle objections with confidence in a high-rejection environment
  • Collect credit card details over the phone when required
  • Operate during U.S. business hours from a fully equipped home office

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
  • Experience making 200+ dials per day and spending hours talking to prospects
  • Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
  • Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
  • Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay consistent
  • Operate during U.S. business hours from a fully equipped home office
  • Quiet home office setup
