About the role
- Digital Ox: INC 5000 growth marketing and call center firm for dentists, chiropractors, and medical doctors using the Automated Patient System™ to book appointments.
- Manage partner doctors' online ads; receive inbound leads and call, qualify, pre-sell, and schedule appointments.
- Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects; maintain 3–4 hours of daily talk time and 70%+ appointment show rates.
- Follow and customize scripts; clearly communicate value propositions; book qualified appointments into client calendars.
- Track performance in CRM; handle objections; collect credit card details when required.
- Operate from a fully equipped home office with reliable internet and backup power during U.S. business hours.
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
- Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts
- Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
- Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
- Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay consistent
- Quiet home office setup
- Dual Monitors
- High-speed internet (Fiber preferred)

- Clear communication skills in English
- Operate during U.S. business hours
