About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging prospective insurance agents to closing new business.
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert insurance agents into clients through consultative selling and persistent follow-through.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and other outbound outreach to prospective agents.
  • Lead effective discovery conversations to understand each agent's needs, budget, and fit.
  • Own deals end-to-end—from first contact through initial deposit.
  • Maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline of active opportunities.
  • Execute timely, multi-touch follow-up strategies to move deals forward.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
  • Ability to manage high activity levels and stay organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
