About the role
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective advertisers
- Focus on outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads
- Measure success by activity volume, qualified opportunities created, and contribution to pipeline growth
- Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and other outbound outreach to prospective advertisers
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and fit
- Consistently create qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
- Accurately log outreach, activities, and lead status in CRM
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects across multiple touchpoints
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
- Ability to manage high activity levels and stay organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
