About the role

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective advertisers
  • Focus on outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads
  • Measure success by activity volume, qualified opportunities created, and contribution to pipeline growth
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and other outbound outreach to prospective advertisers
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and fit
  • Consistently create qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
  • Accurately log outreach, activities, and lead status in CRM
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects across multiple touchpoints

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
  • Ability to manage high activity levels and stay organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
