About the role

Contact corporate clients and build long-term relationships with decision-makers and your candidate pool
Conduct efficient application screenings using modern analytics tools
Lead interviews and evaluate candidates in the finance domain

Identify suitable job opportunities
Contribute to exciting projects on state-of-the-art recruiting solutions

Completed HR certification or a degree in business administration, psychology, or IT
Several years of experience in in-house recruiting, with a recruitment agency, or in line management with hiring responsibility
Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and techniques; experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho Analytics is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and networking skills; an existing network in the finance sector is a plus
Business-fluent German and English
Proactive, independent personality with the drive to make an impact.
