About the role
- Configure, optimize, and monitor campaigns on Mercado Livre Ads, Shopee Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Manage budgets, adjust bids, targeting, and placements in real time.
- Execute A/B tests for creatives, keywords, and sponsored products.
- Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, GMV, and margin).
- Generate weekly performance reports and insights for account managers.
- Identify investment opportunities and recommend data-driven media optimizations.
- Ensure fast and accurate execution of strategies defined in collaboration with the management team.
Requirements
- Experience running paid campaigns on Mercado Livre Ads, Shopee Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Proven cases of increasing ROAS or reducing CPA in marketplaces.
- Experience with automations and dashboards (Datahub, Power BI, Looker).
- Certification or coursework in paid marketplace media.
- Experience managing high-budget accounts (BRL 100k+/month).
