Key responsibilities & impact

Source and screen top talent for vacant positions
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Create accurate and engaging job postings
Screen, interview, and assess candidates
Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
Manage the applicant tracking system
Lead onboarding activities for internal and external hires
Analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements
Collaborate with HR Business Partners for broader workforce initiatives
Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
2 - 4 years of relevant experience
Full-cycle recruiting experience at a mid to large size organization with at least 1,000 employees, financial institution experience preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail
Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Jobvite
PHR or similar preferred
