About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and screen top talent for vacant positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Create accurate and engaging job postings
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the applicant tracking system
  • Lead onboarding activities for internal and external hires
  • Analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience at a mid to large size organization with at least 1,000 employees, financial institution experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Jobvite
  • PHR or similar preferred
