Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 4 years of relevant experience
10+ years of relevant experience, 8+ years as a People Leader
Extensive experience in data engineering, data architecture, or large-scale data platform development
Strong understanding of modern data technologies, integration patterns, and cloud/hybrid data architectures
Proven experience leading leaders and managing diverse technical teams
Ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders
