Act as a subject matter expert for all relevant Microsoft 365 technologies
Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Exchange Online and Exchange On-Prem configuration
Demonstrate the ability to take on a project or initiative and drive to completion
Has experience in Microsoft 365 tenant to tenant migrations
Document and implement industry standard best practices
Implements and documents Microsoft 365 product projects and support
Develops engineering processes to test and implement new software features and products
Provide overall subject matter expertise regarding architectural design, migration, management, identity access, and implementation support for Microsoft 365
Assist in capacity planning, performance monitoring, and maintenance to ensure overall system health

Requirements

1-2 years of Expert experience in migration of Microsoft 365 tenant from one to another
2 years of experience with migration of Microsoft Exchange on-premise to Exchange Online preferred
2 years of experience with Entra AD SSO/IdP
2-3 years of experience working with Azure subscriptions and permissioning
8+ years of experience administering an Microsoft 365 environment
8+ years of experience with PowerShell how to develop automation or applications
Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator, Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator, or relevant certification
Expert knowledge Entra AD, Intune, Conditional Access, and knowledge of Entra Identity management
Basic knowledge of cloud VoIP technology preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
