About the role
- Responsible for the planning, ordering, tracking, and deploying of end-user hardware
- Providing 3rd tier support for all ticket escalations and incidents
- Managing the end-user workstation and peripheral purchase process
- Defining the end-user/asset management hardware lifecycle
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy of asset data and reporting
- Collaborating with the larger team of Engineer’s to improve existing deployment and management tools
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years of IT experience
- 1+ years of desktop engineering experience
- ITIL, M365 Certified: Fundamentals or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
