About the role
- Retrieve documents and due diligence materials from vendors.
- Upload and organize vendor documentation within our Vendor Management/IRM platform.
- Assist with vendor data analysis, data transfer tasks, and maintenance of accurate vendor records.
- Support reporting efforts by preparing and validating data for dashboards, reviews, and management updates.
- Help track vendor lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to gather information needed for vendor assessments.
- Participate in special projects and other TPRM initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
