Oversee all features and functions, and the product roadmap for the credit union’s Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform
Assist in conceptualizing and bringing to fruition feature set improvements, internal employee and member experience enhancements, and technology innovations
Creation, maintenance and enforcement of the credit union’s RPA BOTs production, testing, and validation policies and procedures
Manage external vendors, partners, and tool providers and/or providing project management support for the department

Requirements

3-6 years combined experience as a product owner
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, or another applicable field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
