About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare pitches
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline
Prepare client meetings, pitches, and proposals
Research target client industries and decision-makers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience in organizational consulting/change management or digital consulting
Ideally, initial experience in B2B sales
Create high-quality presentations
Strong digital mindset and initial practical experience with AI tools
Communication in German and English (both at least C1)
