Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C product environment
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling impactful product features
- Strong hands-on, can-do mindset with a clear focus on outcomes
- Solid experience in customer communication or messaging platforms
- Strong platform and systems thinking, including consolidation of tools and processes to drive efficiency
- Confident working closely with engineering and IT, with solid technical understanding
- Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable with end-to-end ownership and accountability
