- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer
- Strong technical expertise in PHP (Laravel) or desire to learn
- Building and maintaining high-quality, scalable software systems
- Designing and implementing high-availability applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing strategies, and agile development practices
- Experience in fast-paced startups or scale-ups
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
- Solution-driven mindset balancing technical depth and product impact
