About the role
- Exciting projects with renowned banks and insurance companies
- Advising our clients in our focus areas: AI, Banking (Neo Wealth Management, Embedded Finance) & Crypto
- Analyzing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing solution concepts
- Designing customer applications, planning and executing projects
- Closely collaborating with our clients and internal teams to successfully complete projects
- Actively shaping internal processes and best practices to continuously improve our consulting services
Requirements
- Desire to help develop the company in a small boutique consultancy alongside client work
- At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, an agency, an exchange, or a bank
- Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector — AI, Neo-wealth management, Embedded Finance, or Crypto
- Experience developing digital strategies and implementing digital projects
- Strong results orientation and commitment to performance
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to learn and desire for professional development
- Team player with an independent working style and strong client orientation
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
