Business Analyst

• Support our Chief Brand Officer and Brand Directors in making data-driven decisions across our brand portfolio
• Partner with the CBO and Brand Directors on P&L analyses, ROI modelling, and financial reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track brand and marketing performance (e.g. CAC, CLV, ROAS, brand equity metrics)
• Consolidate and analyze customer insights from tracking tools, surveys, and consumer panels
• Explore and apply AI-powered tools (e.g. predictive analytics, advanced data modeling, automation of reporting tasks) to support smarter brand decisions
• Deliver clear, concise presentations and recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align data and insights
