• Monitoring, following, and videotaping subjects as they conduct their day-to-day activities
• Vehicle and foot pursuit of subjects while maintaining cover
• Activity varies from filming someone at a grocery store or restaurant to filming them at a sporting event or a casino
• Crafting pre-surveillance strategies based on the setup location and case details
• Detailed report writing on the activities observed/captured and submission of video evidence
• Regular communication with team leader on setup positions, activity and tactics

Investigator

• Monitor, follow, and videotape subjects as they conduct their day-to-day activities
• Participate in vehicle and foot pursuit of subjects while maintaining cover
• Film subjects in various locations (e.g., grocery stores, sports games)
• Craft pre-surveillance strategies based on case details
• Write detailed reports on observed activities and submit video evidence
• Communicate regularly with team leader regarding setup positions and tactics

Surveillance Investigator

General

• Conduct covert surveillance to collect video evidence for use in fraud investigations
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Intel, and Evidence teams to create opportunity for case success and ensure high quality results
• Utilize internal resources to submit evidence footage and complete case reports in an efficient manner
• Provide court testimony as needed

Social Media Manager

• Complete well-written and in-depth reports on background and social media data findings within 3 business days of order
• Maintain an overall average of 85% or higher on all qualitative and production metrics on QBR during the review period
• Track and maintain billing for services
• Work under deadlines and multitask
• Familiarity and comfort with navigating ambiguity as well as a basic understanding of the workers' compensation system or desire to learn the system
• Ability to read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social networking profiles and online forms and articles, and apply it to an investigation
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively with Intel supervisor
• Other duties may be added from time to time
