Social Media Manager

• Complete well-written and in-depth reports on background and social media data findings within 3 business days of order
• Maintain an overall average of 85% or higher on all qualitative and production metrics on QBR during the review period
• Track and maintain billing for services
• Work under deadlines and multitask
• Familiarity and comfort with navigating ambiguity as well as a basic understanding of the workers' compensation system or desire to learn the system
• Ability to read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social networking profiles and online forms and articles, and apply it to an investigation
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively with Intel supervisor

• Engage with new and existing clients to identify needs and present solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
• Conduct regular client communications, both remotely and in person, to foster engagement and identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using company systems.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings as needed.
• Monitor account activity and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and service processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
