About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You independently plan, manage and deliver projects.
You act as the strategic counterpart for Project Requesters and support the project team from the initial idea to final delivery.
You produce KPI-based reports and identify opportunities for optimization.
You are the human point of contact for all project stakeholders and the driving force behind smooth communication.
You contribute beyond your own projects and collaboratively develop PM-AI workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid project management expertise: You master both traditional and agile methodologies and apply them situationally.
At least three years of project management experience.
Strong communication & stakeholder management: You communicate clearly and reliably in German and English.
Strategic judgment & ownership mindset: You can critically assess project requests and independently develop scopes.
Analytical & data-driven approach: You use metrics to make project success measurable.
AI literacy & prompting excellence: AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini are part of your daily toolkit.
