Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the entire software procurement process – from the initial request through quote comparison, negotiation and stakeholder alignment.
Commercial management of our software portfolio.
Negotiate favorable terms with software vendors.
License strategy & contract oversight: you keep track of contract durations, notice periods and license utilization.
Establish robust procurement processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software procurement.
Strong negotiation skills in German and English: you negotiate clearly, confidently and with a results-oriented approach.
IT affinity and an understanding of AI software.
Basic knowledge of software compliance.
Structured, self-driven and strong communicator: you proactively identify and manage your tasks.
