About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You independently plan, manage, and execute projects across functions, from Legal and HR to Operations and Marketing.
You serve as the strategic counterpart to project requesters and guide the project team from initial idea to final delivery.
You create KPI-based reports and derive optimization opportunities.
You are the human point of contact for all project stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
You synthesize complex information into clear, understandable roadmaps in German and English.
Together with your team, you build PM-AI workflows and actively drive their continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid project management expertise: You master both traditional and agile methodologies and apply them as appropriate.
Minimum of three years' experience in project management.
Strong communication & stakeholder management: You communicate clearly and assertively in German and English.
Strategic mindset & ownership: You can critically evaluate project requests and independently develop project scopes.
Analytical & data-driven approach: You use metrics to measure project success.
AI literacy & prompting excellence: AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini are part of your daily toolkit.
Workflow architecture & systems thinking: You have built automations before and know how to evolve them.
Verification & auditor mindset: You critically review AI outputs and adhere to quality standards.
