About the role
- You manage your own dedicated customer portfolio, build long-term personal relationships, and proactively look after your customers.
- You answer customer questions about our software in the context of online marketing — in writing, by phone, and across various channels.
- Become the primary point of contact for all customer concerns — from new ideas (feature requests) to issues (bug reports).
- You verify bugs or gather detailed information on feature requests and pass everything on to development in a structured manner.
- You know how to maintain customer relationships face to face as well.
Requirements
- You communicate clearly and tailored to the audience.
- You have at least two years' experience in customer support.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and experience in online marketing are nice-to-haves.
- You work in a structured, reliable way and can set priorities independently.
- You continuously keep up with current trends and enjoy independently diving into new topics.
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience in customer support.
- You are flexible with regard to customer meeting times.
