Key responsibilities & impact

Provide global employee support for all IT-related issues through a professional ticketing system
Standardize the services we use (including password security, 2FA, etc.)
Integrate our SaaS services into Okta
Eliminate redundant services and reduce service costs
(Mobile) device management and IT security across our services
Work independently and take ownership within the ITSM team
Develop, enhance, and maintain company-wide IT services to high quality standards
Further develop and maintain the company's IT services with regard to data protection, legal compliance, usability, automation, and security

What you’ll need

Passion for user support
Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
German and English at native or C2 level
Nice to have: experience with single sign-on systems, ideally Okta
Nice to have: experience with IT security topics such as 2FA, single sign-on, audits, and compliance
