About the role
- Provide global employee support for all IT-related issues through a professional ticketing system
- Standardize the services we use (including password security, 2FA, etc.)
- Integrate our SaaS services into Okta
- Eliminate redundant services and reduce service costs
- (Mobile) device management and IT security across our services
- Work independently and take ownership within the ITSM team
- Develop, enhance, and maintain company-wide IT services to high quality standards
- Further develop and maintain the company's IT services with regard to data protection, legal compliance, usability, automation, and security
Requirements
- Passion for user support
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
- German and English at native or C2 level
- Nice to have: experience with single sign-on systems, ideally Okta
- Nice to have: experience with IT security topics such as 2FA, single sign-on, audits, and compliance
