About the role

  • Provide global employee support for all IT-related issues through a professional ticketing system
  • Standardize the services we use (including password security, 2FA, etc.)
  • Integrate our SaaS services into Okta
  • Eliminate redundant services and reduce service costs
  • (Mobile) device management and IT security across our services
  • Work independently and take ownership within the ITSM team
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain company-wide IT services to high quality standards
  • Further develop and maintain the company's IT services with regard to data protection, legal compliance, usability, automation, and security

Requirements

  • Passion for user support
  • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
  • German and English at native or C2 level
  • Nice to have: experience with single sign-on systems, ideally Okta
  • Nice to have: experience with IT security topics such as 2FA, single sign-on, audits, and compliance
