About the role

Support in end-customer support: respond to straightforward customer inquiries.
Administrative tasks & project assistance: take on various projects, e.g. analyze Excel sheets and data to identify irregularities.
Market research: perform targeted research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

You are enrolled as a university student.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can interact with customers with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
You can evaluate and interpret data and Excel spreadsheets.
You approach tasks independently and reliably and keep track of your goals and deadlines.
You enjoy modern technology and learn new digital tools quickly.
You already have basic knowledge of Excel and Office applications.
