About the role
- Contact customers with empathy and a solution-focused approach to clarify and resolve issues – in writing and later via video calls.
- Review products that customers add in our software against established quality criteria and identify non-compliant items.
- Take on your own Account Management projects in the medium term.
- Respond to simple customer support inquiries.
Requirements
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can present confidently on video calls – even when a CEO is on the other end.
- You can analyze and interpret data and Excel lists, and later investigate revenue declines for your accounts and propose solutions.
- You learn new digital tools quickly, use social media daily, and already have basic knowledge of office applications.
- You work in a structured and reliable way when remote and can set priorities independently.
- With your careful approach to reviewing product lists, non-compliant items don’t stand a chance.
- You are a matriculated/enrolled student and are available for at least 20 hours per week across at least four days.
Benefits
- 100% remote: Work permanently from home.
- Work up to 170 days per year from another EU country! (Additional countries possible by arrangement).
- Use our partner’s coworking spaces up to 3 days per week.
- We offer 24 vacation days per year (based on a 5-day workweek).
- No rigid development plans: Your professional development is tailored to your strengths.
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths: The stability of a highly successful German high‑tech company that has kept its start‑up spirit.
- Self-directed, results-oriented teams: Work in a culture that values ownership, autonomy and direct feedback instead of micromanagement.
- We provide modern equipment for your work.
- Real human connection: Enjoy spectacular team events across Europe and build relationships beyond the screen.
- Ownership from day one: You won’t be just a cog in the machine, but an important member of an A‑player team.
