About the role
- In your new position you will make a direct contribution to the digitalization of small and medium-sized businesses.
- How can I implement a funnel? How do I set up an upsell?
- After a comprehensive onboarding period you will become an online marketing specialist and will independently answer questions about our features and their use cases in writing.
- You will also handle technical inquiries confidently: from API context and IPN integration to upsell setup.
- You will verify bug reports and pass issues on to your software colleagues in a structured and traceable way.
- You will ensure efficient, smooth operation of our processes and continuously optimize them.
Requirements
- Experience in customer contact: You have at least two years of experience in (online) customer support and understand the importance of empathetic service.
- Communication skills: You communicate precisely in writing and with the recipient in mind.
- Organizational talent: You work in a structured, reliable manner and can set priorities independently.
- Basic technical understanding: Ideally you have already worked in a technical environment and can explain technical topics in an easy-to-understand way.
- Interest in online marketing: You are digitally savvy and enjoy getting into new subject areas and applications.
- Ideally you already have experience in online marketing.
- Language skills: German level C2 and English level B2.
