About the role
- Design and develop high-impact presentations for various internal and external stakeholders
- Translate complex information and data into easily understandable and engaging visual formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand presentation objectives and tailor designs accordingly
- Contribute to the development and refinement of brand identity, including logo design, visual systems, and brand guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications
- Utilize AI models and tools to explore design concepts, generate visualizations, and enhance creative workflows
- Provide creative direction and feedback on design projects, mentoring junior designers as needed
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design and Art, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the graphic design field
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Ai Design tools
- Experience in Creative Presentation Design and Branding
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics
- Ability to leverage AI models and tools for visualization and design exploration
- English - Arabic language skills
- Ownership, attention to details, creativity, art driven
- Ability to mentor junior designers and provide creative direction
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work on-site as required by business needs
