About the role

  • Design and create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Develop brand-aligned graphics, icons, and UI elements that reflect MicroBIM’s identity and values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver impactful visual content that enhances communication and storytelling.
  • Maintain design consistency across all internal and external materials.
  • Support product UI/UX improvements through design insights and visual refinements.
  • Create layouts and design templates for campaigns, newsletters, and company documents.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in a tech or creative environment)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design
  • Experience designing for both print and digital media
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
