About the role
- Organize and conduct user tests on a variety of topics (UX/design, navigation, new features, functional modules, etc.)
- Write test plans and acceptance test specifications aligned with functional requirements and ongoing projects
- Perform acceptance testing of new features and modules developed across various project contexts
- Diagnose and track anomalies/bugs; analyze user feedback and client incidents
- Collaborate with development teams and analysts to resolve defects and improve deliverables
- Actively participate in integration projects, coordinate testing and validate deliverables
- Monitor changes and execute corrective and regression tests following an agile test-and-learn approach
- Engage stakeholders around quality assurance objectives
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Quality, or equivalent
- Approximately 6 years' experience preferred in quality assurance, functional acceptance testing, or application support within a software environment
- ISTQB Core/Agile or Expert certification
- User-oriented with UX sensitivity and the ability to challenge specifications highly valued
- Ability to collaborate closely with Development, Product Owners (PO), and Support teams
- Rigorous, analytical mindset, customer-service orientation, and strong communication skills
- Experience qualifying SaaS platforms is a major plus
