About the role
- As part of our technical team, you will play a key role in the design, development and evolution of our strategic applications built on PHP Symfony.
- Design and develop complex features while ensuring performance, robustness and scalability.
- Audit, optimize and refactor the existing architecture to address scaling challenges.
- Actively contribute to the implementation and improvement of QA best practices (unit tests, functional tests, automated code reviews, CI/CD).
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced developers to promote a culture of quality within the team.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and DevSecOps teams to ensure consistency, maintainability and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong experience (8+ years) in PHP development, including several years with Symfony on multiple high-impact projects
- Excellent command of design patterns, best practices and SOLID principles
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance architectures
- Proven experience in mentoring with a focus on quality
- Strong awareness of QA and continuous integration concerns: automated testing, code review, technical documentation
