About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate technology teams in day-to-day delivery.
  • Plan, prioritize and track multiple delivery streams simultaneously.
  • Ensure deadlines, costs, technical quality and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Work closely with Product, Business, Data, Security and Compliance areas.
  • Remove impediments, manage risks, dependencies and changes.
  • Ensure good engineering practices, service-oriented architecture, cloud, DevOps and observability.
  • Ensure the appropriate application of data-driven solutions, automation and Artificial Intelligence (e.g., sales and digital customer service via WhatsApp).
  • Conduct communication with executive, technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop people, strengthen teams and act as an agent of cultural and technological transformation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and observability.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
  • Experience with web and mobile applications.
  • Attention to information security best practices, LGPD and BACEN regulations.
  • Desirable knowledge of Core Banking and credit platforms.
  • Degree in a technology-related field.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
