About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure delivery of the team's initiatives and the stability of the environment
Act as the orchestrator of the delivery system, ensuring the team can progress despite dependencies, incidents, external pressures, and governance challenges
Support the development, acquisition and evolution of system-wide solutions
Coordinate the lifecycle of initiatives related to the engineering/delivery team, leading activities executed directly by the team and ensuring enabling teams provide the necessary inputs on time.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in technology or related fields
10 years of experience in technical and business roles within the financial industry
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and team leadership skills
Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented profile
MBA in IT management or related areas preferred
Advanced English proficiency preferred
