About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be responsible for the business unit's marketing strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in volume, revenue and profitability
- Conduct market analyses, generating insights and communication plans for payroll-deductible loan products
- Design and structure marketing campaigns: whether incentive, engagement, relationship campaigns, among others that you may propose
- Plan and execute product launches and product sustainment: our challenge is to attract more customers to the products and to increase usage of our solutions
- Coordinate and conduct initiatives with the commercial team to strengthen the digio brand with banking correspondents and within the payroll-deductible loan market
- Identify day-to-day opportunities and generate insights for marketing and related teams
- Project management in general: be organized, create and track timelines, prepare reports and presentations, and be willing to speak in public and lead meetings
- Plan and execute medium and large-scale events, managing all aspects of organization and ensuring an excellent experience for participants
- Act as the point of contact for product, finance, UX, CX and CRM teams for marketing and communications initiatives. This role involves extensive internal collaboration
- Monitor metrics and track individual and team targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Marketing or Product Marketing
- Proactively challenge assumptions, propose improvements, and anticipate risks and opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Team player with flexibility and proactivity
- Focus on continuous improvement and a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Trade Marketing is a plus
