About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as Product Owner for Digital Formalization processes;
Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and business rules;
Write user stories and acceptance criteria;
Prioritize the backlog and monitor deliveries with teams;
Participate in and lead agile ceremonies;
Oversee validations, testing, and production deployments;
Support the creation and execution of test plans;
Drive continuous improvement of processes and digital journeys;
Coordinate alignment between internal areas and external partners;
Support system integrations and the operational evolution of products;
Ensure compliance with the rules for public payroll-deductible loan products, SIAPE, and INSS.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Functional Analyst;
Knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies;
Experience writing functional requirements and user stories;
Experience in validation, testing, and project deployments;
Knowledge of continuous process improvement;
Knowledge of public payroll-deductible loans, SIAPE, and INSS;
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate across areas.
Nice to have:
Experience with Digital Formalization;
Knowledge of document inspection (documentoscopia);
Knowledge of the Função system;
Experience with system integrations and APIs;
Experience in financial institutions or fintechs.
